ED detains former NSE CEO Chitra Ramakrishna

Chitra Ramakrishna is being looked into for reportedly giving a "yoga who resides in the Himalayas" private information about NSE

In a case involving a co-location scam, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) detained former National Stock Exchange CEO Chitra Ramakrishna on Thursday. She was presented earlier today before a special CBI judge.

Chitra Ramakrishna is being looked into for reportedly giving a "yoga who resides in the Himalayas" private information about NSE.

Ramkrishna and other individuals were charged by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) on February 11 with claimed governance failures in Anand Subramanian's appointment as the top strategy advisor and his subsequent re-designation as group operating officer and advisor to MD.
