Employment status -
The candidate must, on the date of interview, be employed in an ordinary limit – and not in a legally binding/specially appointed limit – in one of the followings:-

(b) Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services;
(c) State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) where the yearly turnover is *Rs 2,000 crore or
(d) The private area in an organization where the yearly turnover is *Rs 2000 crore or above. Inclination would be given to applicants from recorded organizations.

Capabilities
The candidate ought to be a designing alumni ideally in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical with a decent scholarly record from a perceived college or establishment.
