Amid speculations around his health, the comedian's sister-in-law said, "Raju Srivastava's health has improved somewhat today as compared to yesterday. Today, there is some improvement in Raju Bhai's health as compared to the earlier ones. His well-wishers want Raju Bhai to be fit and fine and come to Kanpur soon."
Ashish Srivastava, Raju Srivastava's brother-in-law, had confirmed the occurrence of his heart attack on August 10. He stated: "In the gym, Raju Srivastava suffered a heart attack. He remained in Delhi so that he could meet some of the state's top officials. He visited a gym in the morning and another gym later that day. He had a heart attack at the same moment. The AIIMS has accepted him. But he is now once again in check. The physicians let the relatives meet his grandfather after waiting about five minutes. They won't be allowed to reveal the remainder of the information until they've met him."
