KASHMIR ACTION AND PAK FRUSTRATION

KASHMIR ACTION AND PAK FRUSTRATION

Apart from some leaders in the country, is there any party in India which is opposing this action? Almost all the common people of the country are welcoming the move.

Ipity poor Imran Khan. Instead of him if there was another military general as the Pak President or Prime Minister, he would have also done the same. Can Pakistan again send infiltrators into Kashmir after India removed sections 370 and 35A from Kashmir? Can he opt for an attack?
He cannot do anything which might any way hurt India. Neither is there any listener in the Security Council, nor will the Hague’s international court allow Pakistan to file a complaint and same way no major Islamic nation has come in Pakistan’s favor so far. Even if someone raises voice supporting Pakistan, that would not make a difference.
When Maharaja Harisingh of merged Kashmir in India, was there Pakistan a party in the process any where? - Certainly not. It had nothing to do with Kashmir. Still it does not have anything to do with it. If it has anything to do with, it is the slave Kashmir, which he calls ‘Azad Kashmir’. India certainly can talk about that with Pakistan. Talk about China, America, Britain, France and Russia, none of the five superpowers have described India’s move as wrong so far. Everyone’s meant through their statements that this is an internal matter of India. China has raised some objections but it is not about Jammu and Kashmir.
Of course, China did have some kind of objection, but that belonged to Ladakh. He claims that we have suppressed his land in Ladakh and our counter claim is that China has encroached more Indian land many times than us. In such a situation, Pakistan is helpless. What should it do now? It has sent the High Commissioner of India back and is not sending its new High Commissioner to India either. Mutual trade has also been stopped. The railroad is closed. Pakistan is also obstructing the air route. What would Imran Khan government do if it didn’t do this much? Opposition leaders of Pakistan would not spare the government at all. They have realized this good opportunity.
Imran has to save his honor, because he is the first Prime Minister to be transparent against terrorism. Pak government is under tremendous pressure from the US, European nations and the International Financial Organization. They are spreading  fear of Modi and Amit Shah across entire Pakistan. They are saying that India will do more Pulwama-like massacres and might also use the pretext to attack Pakistan. Obviously, the command of Pakistan, which Imran was trying to hold till now, has again gone into the hands of the army.
Now the Kashmir is now dissolved in India as an integrated part of the country which earlier was the pretext for Pak army to run over Pak people. Before fifth of August 2019, Kashmir was only integrated into Indian territory but now it is dissolved within India. It is better now for Pakistan that it should forget Kashmir for good and focus on itself. Messing up with India will be harmful for Pakistan itself.
This certainly was the historic Eid for Kashmir.
Kashmir has put the Congress and many other opposition parties in a big dilemma. Many prominent leaders of these parties (in the case of Kashmir) are openly supporting the Central Government even the former Maharaja of Kashmir and the Sadare-Riyasat Dr. Karan Singh has also confirmed Amit Shah’s decision. The Modi government has completed the unfinished work of the Congress governments. Indiraji had diluted Section 370 so much by adding various provisions with it that assessing the positive and negative about it was difficult.
Today’s Congressmen should have put Indira’s crown on Modi’s head, but Congress leaders like Rahul, Ghulam Nabi and a chunk of few neo – Cong politicians have Congress leaders and activists of many provinces of the country are asking me what has happened to our Congress leadership? The opinion of the entire working committee on Kashmir is equal to zero in comparison with Dr Karan Singh. Apart from some leaders in the country, is there any party in India which is opposing this action?  Almost all the common people of the country are welcoming the move. Yesterday I heard Narendra Modi’s entire speech on the Kashmir issue while traveling in a car. I feel that the true nature of a national leader is developing in Modi. All the arguments I had given as the formula against Sections 370 and 35A in last one month was explained by Modi in detail and concrete examples.
According to his old habit, PM Modi did not hurled word-weapons on the opposition or the people of Kashmir, but tried to heal their wounds. This is admirable about a leader of such a large and democratic country like India. My own opinion is that this decision of the government will definitely harm some of the contractor-leaders of Kashmir, but will definitely benefit the people of Kashmir. They will get all the rights which every Indian citizen has. It will soon become a full-fledged state and his Kashmiriyat will also be protected. Only the loot of middlemen (leaders) will cease to exist. The terrorists will be defeated. Kashmiri leaders will also now easily get all-India leadership opportunities. It would be better they let the Kashmiris celebrate the historical Eid of this occasion instead of  provoking them. This is the Eid of independence of Kashmir. On this Eid Kashmir has been liberated from feudalism, sectarianism, terrorism and the clutches of corrupt leaders.

Kashmir: Now what’s next?
On the question of Kashmir India is getting support every day from one nation or the other be it directly or an indirect one. Now Russia has also said that this is an internal matter of India. Not a single nation has openly supported Pakistan. Neither did the Taliban. Now there is only one hope left for Pakistan. And that is this that on Eid day or August 15, rivers of blood would be witnessed in Kashmir and then Pakistan would get an opportunity to make a big hue and cry about that all over the world. The first thing is that the probability of this occurrence was not strong and even if something of this sort happens, then there is proper arrangement of the army and police there to tackle.  There job is not to commit violence or reprimand anyone but to stop violence. They will keep stopping still it would not suffice to actually stop the violence. The police and military can stop the violence on the ground, but stopping the violence inside the brain is something outside their capacity. The issues raised for the benefit of Kashmiris in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech are good but will not have the same effect on the Kashmiri people as the one which come from their leaders through their speeches, meetings, hints and their own thinking. That is why I want a warm dialogue between government leaders and Kashmiri leaders. They clear the indignance of their minds in Delhi and show the way forward. What happened on August 5, cannot be taken back at all, but Parliament can improve it a lot. It is not something unchangeable.  Our opposition leaders should not be under this illusion that they will be able to bake their loaves on the Kashmiri stoves. See, how the Congress is regretting its actions. Something can be learnt out of them too. See also, how all the ruling and opposing parties of Pakistan have gotten united to oppose India’s move and political parties of India are attacking each other simultaneously. Modi government is running with the help of officers. It lacks experts and non-official dignitaries who can speak directly to Kashmiri leaders and the Taliban. We are proud of officers like Ajit Doval but they have their limitations. The government has taken very serious steps in Kashmir, but how much preparation would be required for it, is still not known.

Atomic Bomb: literal batting
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has given such a statement about India’s use of nuclear weapons, which cannot remain without attention of all the countries of the world, especially Pakistan. He has said that India can also reconsider its ‘no initiative’ policy. After nuclear explosion Atal Bihari Vajpayee had announced that India would never opt for the use of a nuclear bomb first, or in other words - if India is attacked by a nuclear weapon,  it would also retaliate in the same manner.  Now Rajnathji has said that circumstances have changed a lot. It is not necessary that the atomic theory which has been followed since 1998 till now, should also be followed in the future. He said this after his Pokhran Yatra on the occasion of the death anniversary of Atalji. Some people are also seeing this ‘deep statement’ related to the informal discussion of Kashmir in the Security Council. In other words, they are also presenting as a  warning to Pakistan and China. But they are probably forgetting that in the manifesto issued by the BJP in the 2014 parliamentary elections, it clearly stated that the BJP government will reconsider its nuclear doctrine. The government duly did not reconsider, but former Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar had said in 2016 that we do not know why we keep saying that we will not use our nuclear weapons first. Perhaps he was not aware of the Indian nuclear-theory. He later said it was his personal opinion. But now Rajnath Singh has raised this issue again with great tact. This is diplomacy of diplomacy. His statement is a response to all the ignorant leaders of Pakistan, who keep announcing that India should not forget that Pakistan has nuclear bomb. Some of the moron politicians and activists of India also keep committing such idiocy. Rajnath Singh has said the same thing by avoiding these dolt with which you can disagree but cannot object on. The truth is that in 1964, China had announced not to use atomic bomb right after making the first one.  So why will India use atomic bomb against any country and even against Pakistan. India does not have to use its bomb first because India’s traditional military power is many times more than Pakistan. That is why Rajnathji’s statement is not a sign of any new nuclear policy of India but is pure literal batting. That is why the anger of Pakistani leaders is pointless.
