BRICS Chamber of Commerce to be a part of Gandhi Mandela Award 2019

Interactive Forum on Indian Economy (IFIE)'s Gandhi Mandela Award 2019 will be organised on 18th July 2019 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi to commemorate two great leaders from India and South Africa who fought against violence and racism in their respective countries

Both Mahatama Gandhi and Nelson Mandela are globally recognised for their efforts towards making world a better place to live. BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry have agreed to join the award function. BRICS Group Deputy Director General Kunal Kishore expressed his gratification for being invited to such an esteemed award function.

 

These awards will empower all the awardees to continue their great work for the humanity and setting a path for others to follow. The approval of the BRICS Group is viewed as a huge step in bringing global recognition to the event. The BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a parent organization which promotes commerce and industry in the BRICS nations. The Chamber, founded in 2012 with the efforts of eminent professionals and entrepreneur, is a not-for-profit and non-governmental organization.

 

Various personalities from the field of Politics, Peace, Sports, Social service, Health, Education, Culture, CSR and movies will be awarded during the event. The motive of the awards is to encourage Individual Freedom and Human Rights globally.
