cclaimed philanthropist and renowned entrepreneur from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, Dr. P.C. Rayulu symbolizes the sublime transit from the humble to the honorable. Born into a family of agriculturists, Dr. Rayulu, with limited education, started as a petty trader in 1983, at just 17, but accomplished so much in life.
Despite being one of the biggest entrepreneurs in South India, he is humble and generous. His penchant for charity and helping the weaker sections of the community is commendable.
The founder of value-based, multi-dimensional logistics services, the PCR Group, Dr. Rayulu believes in working for social welfare. Apart from being a successful businessman, he also distributes a decent amount of his earnings among his employees; he is also involved in social work. Even casual employees and laborers are enlisted as partners in his business.
He founded the Kasturba Gandhi Trust (sponsored by Gandhi Smruti, Delhi), Tirupati, in 2004 for rendering services to the poor, the handicapped and the suffering. The Trust is working in various areas of social service such as providing basic necessities like food and clothing to the poor people, tree plantation, providing medical help to the needy, blood unit distribution, palliative care services, providing free telemedicine services and working in the field of women empowerment.
Hugely influenced by the ideals of Hon´ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Dr. Rayulu is the one emulating the path shown by the PM. After PM Modi called upon the nation to celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in the most eminent manner, Dr. Rayulu sponsored and organized a Guinness World Record fetching largest drawing of the Father of the Nation, measuring an incredible 4,416 square feet (70 feet X 65 feet), climaxing a fortnight long celebration of the memorable event on October 2, 2019.
