Top Officials meet in Mumbai to resolve issue of High electricity bills

During the global epidemic of Corona virus, a discussion was held regarding the problem of all the Mumbaikers troubled by Adani's arbitrary electricity bill, in which North Mumbai’s MP Mr. Gopal Shetty, Mr. Sunil Rane and Adani's COO Mr. Kapil Sharma along with other officials were present. About 23,350 other people also attended this meeting through different mediums

During the global epidemic of Corona virus, a discussion was held regarding the problem of all the Mumbaikers troubled by Adani's arbitrary electricity bill, in which North Mumbai’s MP Mr. Gopal Shetty, Mr. Sunil Rane and Adani's COO Mr. Kapil Sharma along with other officials were present. About 23,350 other people also attended this meeting through different mediums.

Adani officials presented their views in the meeting and MP Mr. Gopal Shetty demanded that the bills be filled from April to June of the year 2019 and also that penalty for late payment should also be exempted. He also assured that he will demand Maharashtra and Central Government to waive off the electricity bills up to 300 units.

BJP leader in Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation and the Convener of this meeting Mr. Vinod Mishra assured the people involved that Adani officials will be available at his office. For the solution of the problems of people, he also clarified that they have to pay the bill as per the previous year and audit of the entire bill will be done and assured that the money will be returned with interest to the people from which more money has been taken.

In the preliminary meeting itself, the solution to a lot of problems came out. Mr. Mishra also announced that our responsibility is to the public, if the need arises, from the meeting to the movement, we are ready for that too.
