Vijay Kumar Aggarwal is a criminal lawye in Courts of India. He is well known for handling 2G spectrum scam case and $2 billion Punjab National Bank Fraud Case, 2018.

Mr Vijay Aggarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and well-known Criminal Trial Lawyer. He qualified his Chartered Accountancy in 1992 as Rank holder. After briefly practicing as a Chartered Accountant, he took criminal Law as his main profession.
Mr. Vijay Aggarwal is one of the most sought after Criminal Lawyers in Delhi. He has successfully fought many high profile cases. He is known for handling big highlighted scam cases successfully.
He has been representing various top corporates, listed companies and their Managing Directors in criminal cases and his main fortray is Economic Offences. He has been representing main accused in 2G scam, Coal scam and various banking fraud cases lodged by CBI and ED. Acquittal of all his clients in 2G Scam is well known.

In one Public Interest Litigation (PIL)titled “Vijay Aggarwal Vs Union of India, 2012 (3) JCC 1919,”filed by him in his personal capacity, Hon’ble Delhi High Court has held that all accused persons who are being prosecuted for offences punishable up to seven years and have been in prison for more than one year should be released immediately on bail and accordingly four hundred and twenty people were immediately released. He always fights for the rights of the accused and accordingly the arrest of Ms Kavita Mankikar, a director of Mr Nirav Modi, was challenged by him in High Court of Bombay, which was held illegal and CBI officer was fined with Rs. 50,000 for illegally arresting a woman.

Champions of Change is an Indian award, for promoting Gandhian values, (Swachata), community service and social development (in Aspirational district in india), selected by constitutional jury members headed by K. G. Balakrishnan, Former Chief Justice of India and Former Chairman NHRC. It is given annually in four categories, and usually presented by the President, Vice president, Prime Minister of India or a leading figure.

The foundation, currently headed by Nandan Jha, was created in 2011. The award ceremony is organized annualy.
