Ambani Case: ATS 'Sure' Hiran Was Killed

MUMBAI: Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Waze, who has been accused by the wife of Thane businessman Mansukh Hiran of killing him, has moved the Thane sessions court seeking anticipatory bail. The court has kept the matter for hearing on March 19 and is likely to issue notice to the State Anti -Terror Squad (ATS), which is probing the murder case. Hiran's body was found in a Thane creek on March 5. His wife Vimla has alleged that the Scorpio Car which was with him, and which was found with gelatin sticks outside industrialist Mukesh Ambani's residence on February 25, had been with Waze for four months.
