Big Tech, media, WHO shield China

Anybody exposing the machinations of the Chinese Communist Party is lambasted and marginalized, the suspension of the profile of Chinese virologist Li-Meng Yan by Twitter being a recent example

It may sound like a conspiracy theory but there seems to be a thread joining the public health mafia (with the World Health Organization being its nucleus), the Western mainstream media, Big Tech, and China. For, more often than not, all of them are on the same page.

It appears that Big Tech bosses like Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and Microsoft chief Bill Gates are hand in glove with the global public health mafia to end all freedoms that crystallized in the Age of Enlightenment, including free speech and the right to live as people want to live. Xi Jinping’s China is also against these ideals; recently, Xi actually said that human rights are not universal in nature.

Being in league with China, tech tyrants leave no stone unturned to shield China from condemnation that it deserves. Anybody exposing the machinations of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is lambasted and marginalized, the suspension of the profile of Chinese virologist Li-Meng Yan by Twitter being a recent example.

Dr. Yan’s crime? She had the courage to assert publicly that China had “manufactured” the coronavirus in a Wuhan lab. This assertion undermines the narrative the tech tyrants have been peddling for quite some time. In their (and the media’s) scheme of things, US President Donald Trump is the progenitor of all the problems the world is facing. Used to genuflecting to the diktats of Beijing, the likes of Dorsey couldn’t allow the scientist to air her views because it did not conform to the dogmas they uphold, one of them being that the coronavirus is natural.

A large number of scientists are of the view that the coronavirus is natural, but there is no certainty about it, just as there is no certainty about it being manmade. Therefore, Twitter has no business to suspend Yan’s account just by saying that her tweets make “disputed claims on coronavirus.”

A few hundred years ago, the claims about the spherical shape of the earth were also “disputed.” In more recent times, the findings of S. Chandrasekhar, the Nobel laureate of Indian origin, were also disputed by top authorities; the findings included what later came to be known as the Chandrasekhar Limit. A leading English astronomer, Sir Arthur Eddington, called young researcher’s “mathematical game playing.”

Thankfully, there was no Twitter in the days of Copernicus, Galileo, Chandrasekhar, and other great scientists; otherwise, they too would have become the victims of the ‘cancel culture’ and ‘de-platforming’ that the radical Left is promoting and Bolshevik billionaires are enforcing.

Like the medieval church, with its claims of infallibility, the contemporary tech tyrants are convinced that they are divinely ordained to know the truth. They also have the power of money and digital might, so they have arrogated to themselves the authority to sit in judgment over the veracity of the statements of science. And not just science; they also spell out the digital norms of decency, propriety, etc.

Just like the Inquisition suppressed any views offensive to the church and dogma, the digital Inquisition squashes any heresy. Yan is clearly a heretic—and should be burnt at the Big Tech stake.

But Yan’s courage is boundless. Days after claiming that the novel coronavirus, that causes Covid-19, was “manufactured” in a Wuhan lab, she fired another salvo, asserting that the WHO was very much “part of the cover up.”

She has hit the nail on the head. WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has acted like Chinese President Xi Jinping’s lackey since the beginning of the corona crisis. The WHO played an unconscionable role in spreading Covid-19; the world body deliberately kept other countries in the dark about the transmissibility and deadliness of the novel coronavirus.

The WHO shamelessly tweeted on January 14, “Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel #coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in #Wuhan, #China.”

This was despite the fact that long before January 14 the WHO knew about the coronavirus. Clearly, Tedros has blood of a million people on his hands—and the number is rising. Besides, the economic loss that Covid-19 has caused is incalculable.

It is a shame that he is still allowed to head the global health body. The man who should be rotting in some prison cell is pontificating about “leadership and solidarity at the global and national levels.”

The unholy nexus between China, the WHO, Big Tech, and the mainstream media has ensured that only one theory about the origin of the novel coronavirus remains in circulation: that it originated from the wet market at Wuhan. But the Wuhan wet market, Yan told an Indian news channel Wion, is “is just a smokescreen from the Chinese Communist Party.”

According to the Wion website, “Dr. Li-Meng Yan, who was a post-doctoral fellow in virology and immunology at Hong Kong School of Public Health said that she was muzzled by her supervisors.”

She also alleged that the Chinese government is now trying to tarnish her reputation through social media, conduct cyber-attacks on her and intimidate her family in China. “Yan, who was associated with the Hong Kong School of Public Health, had been researching on the coronavirus for a long time. The Chinese virologist claimed that during her research she came across that coronavirus was developed in a laboratory in China.”

Unsurprisingly, the ‘factchecks’ of several mainstream media organizations have trashed Yan’s thesis that the coronavirus was manufactured at the Wuhan lab.

Make no mistake about it, the mainstream media, Big Tech, and the WHO (along with other organizations of the public health mafia) are determined to shield China in any possible manner. The jihad against Yan is an example.
